By accessing and placing an order with Maison Elowen, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by these terms. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our store.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
3. Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or items being out of stock.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Maison Elowen is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
5. Replacements
We offer replacements for manufacturing defects only. Items must be reported within 14 days of delivery and returned in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We do not offer refunds.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and product designs — is the property of Maison Elowen and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Maison Elowen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
