Terms of Service

1. General

By accessing and placing an order with Maison Elowen, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by these terms. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our store.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or items being out of stock.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Maison Elowen is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

5. Defects, Remakes & Refunds

For manufacturing defects or items not as described, we will remake the piece or refund the purchase price. Report the issue within 14 days of delivery and return the piece in its original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we sent the wrong item. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on made-to-order pieces. See Our Promise for details. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and product designs — is the property of Maison Elowen and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Maison Elowen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
