All orders ship complimentary. We believe the unboxing experience is part of the product — and should arrive beautifully.

Made to Order

Every piece is handmade one by one in our studio. When you place an order, your bag enters production — one artisan, start to finish. Please allow 7–14 business daysfor production before your order ships. We’ll email you as soon as it’s on its way.

Shipping Times

Once your piece ships, delivery times depend on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery estimates vary by region and carrier. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Packaging

Each piece arrives in an unbleached cotton dust bag, nestled in a recycled cardboard box printed with water-based inks. No plastic. No filler. No waste.
