Shipping rates

Shipping is charged at checkout (Free shipping on the next 8 paid orders (launch offer). After that, $25 CAD flat rate.) International orders use the same rate at payment; carriers and customs may add duties separately. Optional code FOUNDING10 on the Stripe payment page adds an extra 10% off (limited redemptions).

Made to Order

Every piece is hand wire-wrapped one by one in our studio. When you place an order, it enters production — one artisan, start to finish. Please allow 7–14 business daysfor production before your order ships. We’ll email you as soon as it’s on its way.

Total time to your door

Because every piece is made after you order it, total delivery time is production (7–14 business days) plus carrier transit — never just a few days from checkout to doorstep.

These are estimates (production time + typical carrier transit) and not a guarantee. Remote areas may take longer. International orders may be subject to customs duties — these are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.

Tax

All orders include Ontario HST at checkout — we are a Canadian studio. Any additional import duties outside Canada are the recipient’s responsibility.

Packaging

Each piece arrives in an unbleached cotton drawstring pouch, nestled in a recycled cardboard box printed with water-based inks. No plastic. No filler. No waste.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
