Every Maison Elowen piece is made by hand, for you. We stand behind the craft completely.

If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect — a loose wire wrap, a missing pearl or charm, or a structural flaw that affects wear — we will remake it for you at no cost, or refund the purchase price if a remake isn't possible. Report the issue within 14 days of delivery and return the piece in its original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we sent the wrong item. No forms. No friction.

Because each piece is hand wire-wrapped to order, we're not able to accept returns for change of mind — but we encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions. We'd rather you choose the right piece than return the wrong one.

Every commission request includes a 48-hour window where you can cancel for any reason.
