Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, select your piece, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards and process payments securely through Stripe.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, your piece enters production and cannot be cancelled. Email us immediately if you need changes.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order arrives in our signature unbleached cotton drawstring pouch and recycled cardboard box — designed to feel like a gift already.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is a flat rate at checkout (typically $25 CAD per order). During our launch, free shipping may apply on early orders — the checkout total will show your exact shipping before you pay.
How long does shipping take?
Every piece is handmade to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for production, plus shipping time. We'll email you a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to Canada, the United States, Australia and worldwide. Duties and taxes may apply outside Canada and are the recipient's responsibility.
Do prices include tax?
Product prices are shown before tax. HST is added at checkout on all orders and shown before you pay on Stripe.
Care
How do I care for my jewelry?
Store flat in the cotton drawstring pouch or box provided, away from perfume, lotion and hairspray. Avoid prolonged moisture. Wire and pearls can be gently wiped with a soft dry cloth.
Returns & Replacements
What's your return policy?
We offer remakes or refunds for manufacturing defects or items not as described. Report the issue within 14 days of delivery and return the piece in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we sent the wrong item. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on made-to-order pieces.
Do you offer refunds?
Every piece is made by hand, for you. If something arrives with a manufacturing defect or not as described, we remake it at no cost, or refund the purchase price if a remake isn't possible. Because each piece is hand wire-wrapped to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind — reach out before you buy if you are unsure.
